City Planner at the City of Jacksonville confirming that there is an active building permit for for 5180 Baymeadows Road
On 6/27/22 Nancy Barry, our C-Pac Representative received an email from Arimus Wells, City Planner III at the City of Jacksonville confirming that there is an active building permit (B-22-540729) for 5180 Baymeadows Road and Certificate of Use (COU 5823.1) for a Green Dragon Florida, LLC. Their business description states it is a "medical marijuana treatment center/dispensing facility."
On 8/8/2022 Nancy Barry received an update from Arimus Wells at the City of Jacksonville Zoning Dept. Both the permit and COU are still under review and there is a final inspection for the building permit scheduled for 8/9/22. No sign permits have been applied for yet,
